There are one bolt on each side of cat that are EXTREMELY difficult to remove. Due the the accessibility and how Nissan decided to torture 370z owners who wish to pollute the environment a bit more than it is necessary.

(I haven't done my install yet but that's the info i got from reading HFC DIY)
