I’ll have to say ..I bought a beluga axel back for a 2015 nismo ...figment was perfect sound was good other than really loud ....only thing I had to complain about was the rattle from the hatch motor ..but once I took it out and greased the gears rattle stopped and everything sounded good ...just too loud .....with that being said I also bought the aam short tails .....sound was more or less the same

^Man I had to ask lol...if you've been around cars and car people long enough I know you've probably seen some crazy stuff Hahahahah. We knew this guy with an Acura and he made quite a few of his own parts...ugly as crap...but oddly very functional. Whatever works...works 😄

And I 've seen plenty high dollar exhausts with fitment issues. It's install error usually on every one.

Well, just to show the doubters.. I received this exhaust in pristine condition and the install fit like a glove. Properly aligned on both sides and sounds amazing! The welds looked better than some of the welds on the factory Nismo exhaust (which was stamped Autech).

The only thing I didn't use was the rear hanger, as previous owner had taken off or lost the rubber hanger on the rear driver's side. I removed the actual metal plate just to be sure nothing hit or rubbed on the new exhaust. It is mounted very firmly on both side just using the front hangers.
Here is a before and after video. The thumbs-up and head turning on the street when I took it out for a 2 hour cruise is priceless. Definitely got my 269.00 worth!

@inflaymes - Sorry, uploaded the wrong video before..... | Picbear

When you know the truth about hype and marketing, you can't argue with spending way less money for the same thing. I'll back Aaron Teng any day.

Sucks to hear you had an issue but I bought Beluga Axels backs for my 18 Nismo and the fit was perfect. Nissan put in a removable drivers side inner exhaust hanger plate. It's an extension plate with a single bolt that is needed to hang the stock Nissan HKS muffler. This plate has to come off to fit the Beluga Axel Backs. Once off you just bolt the new exhaust on and it fits and looks factory. I was impressed with the finish and fit of the Beluga exhaust. What I didn't like was the drone inside. It was unbearable, to me. Also, my seat, shifter and foot pedals were vibrating. I drove the car for 20 minutes and had to remove it and put the stock muffler back on.

My Beluga axle backs were good to go! I put them on to my 2018 Sport Tech. At first, I did have fitment issues, with the pipes getting to close to the diffuser on both sides towards the inside (license plate). However, I fixed that by putting 4 to 5 washers on each side on one of the three bolts. They look great and I like the sound. My wife thinks it sounds like an older car but understands that a man needs to have a manly sound! It also beats the loud road noise that these cars have. Nothing rattles and if there is any drone, it's hard to hear it over the loud radio. Well worth it!

yeah the fitment is ****

mine had to be welded to make it centered and it still looks off

at least it sounds good to be honest
