I designed a hollow bracket on the back that will attach the rear vacuum port and bolts to the plenum without any additional hoses. (pics coming soon.)

I have the plenums printing right now and have the final test fitment scheduled for Wednesday this week. As long as there's no major issues there, the next step will be perfecting the mold and get it on the dyno by the end of the month to get some long awaited results.

THE FINISH LINE IS NEAR!!

I read through this thread and didn’t see it posted, so sorry if it was mentioned. But what the the size of the TB opening? Curious to see This will be a nice addition to bored TB.

Looks great! Sub’d

Since I made it to accommodate the factory gasket it is the same size (I think 60mm) but it would be an easy fix to make the hole bigger and use a different gasket.
Let me know what size you need and I’ll see what I can do when I get time.

I have a Raise3d N2 Dual Plus with bondtech extruder. Build volume is 12”x12”x24”
Once I got it dialed in, it’s been a awesome machine. Many great race car parts will be coming out of there.

PIC UPDATE:

Here's a few pics of the final version aside from a few touch ups.

Have the left plenum already printed and it looks much better in person.
I just started printing the other side and it will be done in 55 hours followed by some more pics.

The big opening in the front is to attach a 3/4" steel braided line to balance the air pressure between both sides.

Left rear bracket is a bolt on which is hollow so it can channel air from the intake without a line and all of the rear bolt points/vacuum ports/sensors are in the exact same position as the OEM intake for easy install.

All of the internal edges are rounded to significantly improve airflow and lower temps.

Would be cool to see some larger TB's investigated on such a manifold as well?

That will be an easy addition. I want to get the base version perfected first and then I’m going to start incorporating options like the larger TB’s, carbon fiber plenums, meth injection, different colors/finishes, etc.
