Wanted to post an update and let ya'll know how things are coming along.
During testing I ran into issues where the walls were too thin which caused some leaks.
I went back to the drawing board and redesigned the center portion which has thicker walls, more geometrically accurate, has better flow and allows the factory gaskets to be re-used with this manifold.
Right now I'm printing a mold with the plans of doing an aluminum cold casting.
With the part being so complex, it has been quite a chore to figure out how to cast a hollow part and be able to separate the mold afterwards. Pretty sure I figured it out so we'll know for sure later this week.

A lot of people have been asking about when they'll be able to place an order and I don't want to jump the gun and accept any orders until I get all the kinks worked out and am 100% confident that they're ready to be used and abused.
I'll be be sponsoring the forum here in the next few weeks and try and organize a group buy once they're about ready.
I'm hoping that I'll be able to make a living by designing and building bad *** parts for our cars so any support is greatly appreciated.
