Stillen Intake Bent

This is a very sad day for me. Happened because of the T-bolt clamps. How screwed am I? Is it fixable?

Nothing, maybe some inconsistent airflow but nothing catastrophic

Is it cracked? Local welder can fix you up. If you’re talking about the kinks, my intake on my Stillen sc looks worse than that.

bent, over torqued the t-bolt clamps, dedoom's comment made me relax a bit. I was reaaally stressed out thinking it was very bad. Maybe I'll take them to a muffler shop, see if they can fix it.

Take a small hammer and gently tap it back straight. Problem solved.

T-Bolt clamps are for boost,,,though they look nice; you can easily over-torque.

Just put on regular clamps and forget about it. It's not gonna create any turbulence for it to damage your engine if that's what you were wondering, you're gonna be fine

Don't worry. Other than the aesthetic snafu you will be fine.

You can tap it round again. Put a piece of pipe in there close to the same diameter, and use a small ballpeen to tap round. I've done it lots of times.
