Tony -- installation question for you. Does the engine need to be lifted out in order to install these? My mechanic said he seems to recall that when he installed my Stillen headers, the cats had to be out of the way in order for him to reach the bolts. With LTHs, that's obviously not an option. I mean, there are no cats, but the pipe extends through to where the cats would have been, and you can't just move them out of the way. Hence my question. I'm hoping my mechanic just remembers wrong. It's been about six months since he put my headers in, after all.

Interesting question. When I talked to Tony on the phone he mentioned installation was easy just time consuming and that I could do it myself if I wanted.

That is what he said to me, also from a few people I have talked to it seems very few cars need extensive work to add headers just time.

Good to know. Thanks guys. Yeah I'm thinking my mechanic was just having a senior moment.

HA! Yeah I'm sure. But believe me, I have my fair share of senior moments. They usually happen when my wife asks me if I remembered to do something she assigned to me.
