Pops and burgle = bad?

I have AAM Comp non res TP with tomei catback exhaust. I've noticed that I have been getting a lot of loud pops and burgled when shifting from 2-3rd and 3rd -4rth and sometime downshifts from 6 to 5th. The pops mainly happen when I'm just cruising and holding the rpm around 3k for a lil then clutch in clutch out and pop!

Is this normal? Should I be worried of damaging my internals?

Side note: I don't have my o2 sensors on my cats plugged in because they're stuck on my oem cats. Placed an order on aftermarket ones only to find out that it doesn't fit. I have the small caps to cover the o2 plug currently.
