Not sure how that approach will work out for you. For example, the Stillen CBE can't be 'mixed and matched'...the Stillen muffler section won't attach to a stock system before the axle. Maybe GTHaus designed theirs to play nice by making it compatible with the stock configuration/alignments.

Yeah, that's what I realized when I looked at it. GTHaus can be mixed and matched with the stock components, but it seems like most of the other aftermarket exhausts are proprietary... I know you couldn't bolt a FI mid-pipe with the GTHaus rear section.

thus far on this forum I've seen the HKS piping get hooked up with stock muffler and cats, hopefully more vendors do the same, otherwise I'll just go GTHaus in full.

Yeah, HKS is the only vendor other than GTHaus that I could think of that has exhaust components that are interchangeable with the factory stuff.

well if HKS is doing it someone else is eventually going to have to jump in, thats capitalism. In the last couple of hours I'm giving getting the whole GTHaus setup we'll see I'm going to put it on the back burner and get ready for the game.
