best headers for 2014+?

just wondering, been trying to look around but seem to can’t find any.. i just bought some headers but was mislead from there advertisement where it said 09-16 so obviously

Default best headers for 2014+?

just wondering, been trying to look around but seem to can’t find any.. i just bought some headers but was mislead from there advertisement where it said 09-16 so obviously thought it would work for mine (14) but it didn’t. spend 4-5 hours taking them off had to tow my car back to the body shop spend cash on lift and tools. and came to find out there headers that i bought weren’t compaitiable to my year.. 2014, yet it said 09-16. Sooooo what headers are the best for a 2014+ Z?

I think the 2015 or 2014 I guess and up just have some extra studs on the engine? Could always template and drill the headers you bought.

What headers did you get?

Believe on the newer headers. All you have to do is remove the stud in the head and screw it in the other hole. The hole is already there.

Should be a bolt hole in the head with no stud in it. Which stud doesn't align up with the header? That's the stud you remove and place it in the other hole.

how about this? so from the front to rear bolts for the headers mine are like this / / / the headers i got are like / / \ can i just take the last 2 studs off the are like / and make it \? since there’s open drilled spots for it to go either / or \. do you get what i mean?

Yup, just move the studs. The threaded holes exist. The studs will come out easy, just be gentle with them as they are steel and the block is aluminum. Don't forget, the proper torque when installing a stud is finger-tight.

I might have reconfigured the studs when I installed my turbo manifolds.... I think I removed most of them, put the manifolds in place, then threaded the studs back in through the manifold holes. This made getting the manifolds into position MUCH easier in that tight space.
