ARK GRiP - fitment off.

I just had the ARK GRiP put on my 16' on Saturday...the drivers side tip sticks out about an inch but the passengers tip is totally flush with the bumper

I just had the ARK GRiP put on my 16' on Saturday...the drivers side tip sticks out about an inch but the passengers tip is totally flush with the bumper cutout...the installer tried everything to get it to equal out but to no avail...the shop is reaching out to ARK as I type...expect this kind of fitment issue with an eBay special but not with a $1300 name brand exhaust...will keep you guys updated with what ARK says...
