BP Aluminium exhaust options

I think what helps preventing that would be the stainless portion after the turbo and the wall thickness he is using. That's something that came to mind when I thought about this aluminum exhaust.

Correct, I would not go with Aluminium right off the turbo, it is just too hot. And yes, this is thick wall tubing, not worried at all.
