Help with Idle Air Volume Relearn Procedure

I am using Stopwatch for all procedures. Volts are between 13 and 14 when running. 12.0 when engine is off but button set to ON (two pushes) I've done an

Volts are between 13 and 14 when running. 12.0 when engine is off but button set to ON (two pushes) I've done an ECU reset this morning, short distance drive and everything seems a little better.
