They haven't produced it yet. It is still under development. Now a lot of vendors have been selling the 350Z one for the 370Z.

Now is the Nismo one you are referring to going to be a CAI system or what they define as CAI and maybe more a short ram intake?

From what a Nissan rep told us it will be a long tube design. But we have to wait and see.

Correct, with some modification it will fit the 370, but it is designed for the 350

Any updates on the release or development of this NISMO CAI??
Also do Nissan dealerships allow Nismo parts on the cars without voiding warranty or service plan???

A warranty can only be voided if the aftermarket part is PROVEN to be the cause of the failure. Intakes and Exhausts are fairly safe upgrades.
