Thanks, I am just waiting on the parts, the nut & bolt are on back order for some reason but should be here by Friday, maybe next week put on the coilovers, keeping my fingers crossed but not in a rush to get it done, my Z is my DD so she can't be out for the count for mrs than a day

Parts are for the most part...always on backorder. That is not a priority on the production side. Well...it was that way when I had my G35 as well at least.

BTW...you know that you are going to HAVE TO get recon to pass safety for the next safety inspection right? Coilovers are going to get flagged real fast and for the most part fail you at the inspection stations. Everyones "hook ups" are going to get tighter and tighter since the stations are getting caught more and subjected to higher fines and penalties.

Not trying to rain on your parade....just making sure know that a recon will be needed. Sheriffs......love to ticket people.

I didn't know slammed cars needed recon ( i am a newb)...Good thing my safety doesn't expire for a very long time

seen a yellow 370z Sport for the first time on isle this weekend took a pic of it cause it was beautiful, parked out by Zippys in mililani town center then the next day a white GTR parked in front of times, lucky me

I would guess that anyone that sells or trades in a 2 seater did so mostly because of practicality. Its hard to get a "cool" sports car and yet the utility and practical aspect of a 4 door or a small SUV/crossover.

Unless you have the space for 2 cars or 3...you cant just have a 2 seater as the primary car. Coming from a truck...yeah there were some things that I just miss having it. Park anywhere...go to the beach, thrown all the Sams Club and Costco things in.

Okay....I am bored.

Anyone have an Infiniti G37 and want to convert it into an IPL coupe? Got the exhaust just sitting in storage. Well...actually its an Nismo 370 exhaust....but I am assuming that the pipes are about the same. Maybe a difference in length of the midpipe though.

Going to have to get another midpipe too. The Sunline pipe has warped flanges. What a lame excuse to get another thing isnt it. Mehh...havent thought it through yet. Probably should just have it fixed.

Of course running over a plastic bag didnt help the matter either. Freaking burning plastic smell everytime I shut down and open the door. Niiiice.

Okay back to work...

Podium .....I was thinking maybe one day we all could meet at podium....cruise....eat...trade Z stories...IDK just throwing it out there

umm lowered my car.....seriously need rear camber kit like yesterday.....looks really good though

Grats to those of VQ Inc / Project Definition that got their tunes done today. Chris from AMS did the tuning, and used Rad Motorsports' dyno. I switched from Cobb to UpRev but didnt really see any power differences, but it does feel different... A little more refined thanks to different fuel mapping.

Really feelin' those numbers the GTM put out today with their STAGE 2 Super Charger! Hopefully when the car gets to Hawaii, and gets a retune, it'll keep them high numbers =)

Only time will tell... GTM video should be out in 2 weeks!

I am in the Navy and I am looking into getting stationed in Hawaii. Ive been doing some youtube on oahu and the car seen looks fairly strong out there. I talked to somone on this thread already about Hawaii and my interest in getting stationed there is rising, in the end its up to the detailer where I go.

What are some things can you guys tell me, dealing with the car scene?
