Vivid is supposed to issue the gift certificates as they want to make them somehow so they can only be used by you. I have been giving them people's names

Vivid is supposed to issue the gift certificates as they want to make them somehow so they can only be used by you. I have been giving them people's names and addresses, but I have not heard from them as to why nobody has them in their hands yet. Hopefully they get back to me before I leave for my next race tomorrow, otherwise nobody is going to hear from me until Tuesday.

On a side note, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW if you want the gift certificate. We are not assuming that you want it so if you haven't personally told myself of anyone at Berk that you would like the gift certificate, please do so.

Just so it is clear for my order: -I WANT THE GIFT CERTIFICATE-

I already told Berk but I never heard back from them. I am back from Iraq now so my attention is now focused on my car. I am glad to hear they should have the systems out by the end of July (fingers crossed)!

Also, just curious, did the deposits we made to you get transferred to Berk already? I just want to make sure when I make my final payment there is no confusion.

Im in the same boat as you. I haven't heard anything from anyone. Just this thread. Once I hear that they are in, I think I will be paying them a visit. I'm local to Irvine.

No one can argue that the Berk exhaust is a great sounding exhaust. Reading the emails from all of you on the waiting list is quite disappointing though because of the last of response and feedback. It sounds like all you guys are asking for are some updates. I personally don't think that's too much to ask.

I was going to order one as well, and changed my mind. Somebody from Berk sent me an email a couple of weeks ago about placing an order now and getting a discounted price. I replied with a couple of questions and still waiting for a response. Once I personally experienced what all of you have been talking about the appeal was gone.

I wish you all the best in your wait. I'm sure it will be worth it.....Well I hope.

Berk, sadly, has pretty much destroyed their reputation on this forum. Unbelievable lack of customer service skills, does not bode well for the company's future.

Berk! WTF? I love my Berk exhaust! You guys should see how companies like Stillen use these forums to their advantage, not their detriment. Their CSRs are very active. Ditto for dealers like Lou Fusz Nissan, Koeppel Nissan. Fast Intentions. GTM. Many, many others, the list grows daily.

They actually become valued members of the forums. It's an amazing concept and it works.

VERY VERY GOOD POINT 370Zsteve!!!! Even after all that has been posted, there has been no attempts by Berks to get on the forum and re-enforce their products and back up their company's name...The only reason why I've waited was because of how great the exhaust sounds and because its more to my liking...However, Berk has not been active on this forum since they were launching their exhaust to the first group buy....On numerous occassions, I've compared this thread with the first GB thread and it seems like History is repeating itself all over again with our group

I guess business for them must be doing really good with other parts and clients, which could be the only logical expalination why they're not active on the forum!

The only reason we have any updates is because Mike and BOLIO 671. Otherwise Berk has failed. I can't believe they pay that mush $$ to be a vendor and then don't even get on here!

Either way this is the exhaust I want. I could settle for a different one but I have made my mind up and have done my research. This is the one for me! Despite their lack in customer service. I don't see myself using them in the future anyways.

I know BOLIO 671 called and they said the exhaust should ship in July. I don't believe they will make the shipment this month, otherwise they would be asking for the rest of the $$ from members.

I hope they get their **** together soon. Plus Vivid needs to contact us with them $100 gift certificates. If it were not for Mike this exhaust would have failed a long long time ago!
