noob question, i have never had a turbo car but i will turbo my z, will the pulley affect the greddy kit? its the same size as the stocker so

noob question, i have never had a turbo car but i will turbo my z, will the pulley affect the greddy kit? its the same size as the stocker so im thinking no?
but i have very very limited experience in turbos so help would be appreciated
