Boost (psi numbers) will NOT be affected when this type of pulley kit is used. Neither in a turbo or supercharged application.

I called NST to see if I could get a better price despite a lack of interest in the group buy. They weren't willing to go below the price on their website, which I believe was 199.00 for both pulleys plus shipping.
