Never an issue, about 10k miles, 14 months, car has never been down, not for a second. No CEL either, no leak, nothing. 4 sets of tires done (2 drag radials, on its first set of toyo r888.

Running 13psi, north of 600hp/590ft lb. Guess I have a great motor, 2012 must have been a great year at the plant! Haha.

Sadly, broke my ankle(my own ankle, not a car part) and having a 3rd child, trying to figure out a way to keep my lovely Z and not just buy a GTR or RS7. The kit is the only reason I keep this car, 630/590 daily driver reliable car in which a built motor only costs 10k? Hell yes! Maybe Ill just buy a g(may consider a trade for a g and buying the kit again)....who knows anymore haha, I have no regrets on the kit, Tony will always be a friend and my go-to guy in cars.

To each their own, but I have never had a single regret.

It's negligible. Even with the EFR6758s the price point of the AAM kit is in line with other TT kits on the market. One of their target goals through the development of this kit was for an OEM fitment with minimal modification required. The EFR is arguably the best turbo available to achieve that even though it is more costly than a GTX.

Like I've posted before Jon @ Z1 made 609whp with GTX. Money you spend on amm kit can put towards a build block. To each is own tho.

I'm unsure what kit you're referring to when you say "with GTX" as a comparison, but I'm assuming it was GTM or F.I. as both utilized GTX turbos in their kits. Yes the EFR6758s turbos themselves are more expensive than an equivalent GTX turbo. The overall cost of the kits though is the same. ($500 exception for GTM)

Turn Key TT Kits:
AAM - $9,995 (Borg Warner Turbos)
F.I - $9,995 (GT / GTX Turbos)
GTM - $9,495 (GTX Turbos)

I'm not seeing where there's an overall consumer cost increase caused by using BW turbos as opposed to Garrett.

See your point. The amount of money you lose by selling a pre owned GTM kit you would lose anyways when spending extra on the GTX upgrade.

Personally rather just a few modifications and GTX upgrade then to remove the entire kit and finding a buyer for it.

GTX and AMM turbos are a good choice. It all depends on goals and budget.

BTW that's 609whp @ 9 PSI with GTX.
