i will ask my tuner for exact details and dangers if any and how the process is done of course im not planning to do this on a regular bases but initially asked my tuner and he told me not much danger i just have to let the car cool down for about 20secs as the headers get over heated if not

Ah, ok -- wasn't sure if this was something planned and controlled vs. not.

It's still probably not great for the engine or sensors and definitely not for whatever muffler you have -- rich mix, high heat, massive carbon deposits, big pressure wave moving against the flow...
