The g37 thermostat is a nice (cheap) upgrade, have it myself and it comes on 10 degrees cooler which is a change (not sure if better or worse but nice). Just make sure you get the correct year, believe it is 2008 or 7.

Besides that, on the tuning side, just check hot/cold starts, make sure the idle seems to be in check. Have them adjust the fan speeds to kick on a little sooner.
The plate covers the lower air filter, if you don't install it the MAFs get two different readings and the car kicks into some safety mode and goes way rich. Last picture of page 27 of the instructions. The shop that installed mine left it of and caused me all kind of headaches.

^There it is, remember to have them check that plate.
The stillen kit since introduced has shown to be a good kit, but as others have pointed out any expansion can be difficult with how they designed and pieced the kit together. For an out of the box (with custom tune) making 400-450 it is a good kit, after that you need to look elsewhere.

I recommend the impeller upgrade also. You will eventually want more out of the kit, might as well save time on the install and downtime on the car. Plus the bump in torque and HP through out the entire RPM band is not bad either.

I would tune it after install since the base Stillen tune will not give you much power and run rich likely. You can still break it in with a proper tune. Might as well save the 60 miles of gas on the tune as well.

My tuner dyno and road tuned my car extensively and did go through a whole tank of gas. I also told him to thorough run the kit for any problems since I didn't want to deal with them on the side of the road. He had to tune my AT line pressures as well so that increase the gas usage. If you're just doing dyno tuning, they probably won't go through a whole tank.

Who sells the impeller and what's it called? I been interested in going this route.

Vortech recommends the first supercharger oil change at 2,500 miles and 7,500 miles therafter.

They don't recommend running the RPM past 2,500 during warmup phase, until the coolant temps stabilize for 2-3 minutes. This is everyday.

They don't recommend start the car below 25 degree F.

All of this is on the Vortech webpage SC user guide plus some more BS.

I'm experiencing the hot start issue, seems the car is a little harder to start than when cold.

You need your tune updated or fixed, We all have had that issue, Especially if you on Stillens crap tune. Just have your tuner remap it you be all set

Nice man , But be carful with that 9LB pulley and stay away form the impeller "if" you running the 9LB pulley, You need a built block before those can happen. :/
