Their number has not changed, still located in the same building and have you tried contacing Sam via email? sam@gtmpower.com? He's better at emails than answering the phone.

Thanks, I'll send another email. Called 3 times in the last 2 weeks with no one picking up, emailed 8 days ago. Week 39 awaiting refund. Did a wire transfer so no financial company to back me up (I learned my lesson). Just hoping to get my cash back so I can move on...

If anyone hears from GTM in the near future please let me know... I'd like to know if I'm being dodged or they're closed.

When I was getting my refund I drove him absolutely nuts until I got my money. I called at least 3 times a day, every day until the money was in my account. Don't let him **** you around. Be very persistent. Sometimes I would call and it would ring for 5 minutes before they answered. Just keep at it man, and don't let up. Good luck!

no offense, but why in the world would you do that? you wire money to family members who say they'll pay you back and even they don't lol. i always pay with credit, if anything happens i call and dispute the charges and get my money back.

They moved to a new building... just as an fyi...

I don't know. I do know they haven't gotten their server back up yet and trying to get them by phone is going to be a futile attempt until the phone system is back up. Unless you have sam's number...

Some people are real damn dense in this forum. People are calling a number that just rings and then hangs up... I am letting those people know to use a different method because the company's phone system is offline... Sooo with that said you can take your sarcasm and point it else where...
