I have a question,

In the picture on the 2nd page in this thread it shows the intake tubes. It shows them smaller and then they have a step up (literally) to a larger size for the MAFs.

Why are the boost tubes so small? They have to be maxing out when under WOT. And why the steep step right before the MAF. In order for the MAF to work correctly it needs very smooth flow across it. That step right before the MAF will introduce swirling effect of the air as it begins to rotate. I wish I had access to Solidworks Flow simulation so I could post some screens, unfortunately we only have it for static analysis.

Which will wreck havoc on the metering system on the car. If you wanted to keep the boost tubes that small for some reason at least make the change up to the maf gradual and then limit the boost allowed with the kit.

Its been proven (CJM) that these engines in their stock form will take 650+ hp and over 500ft lbs. Not sure on the longevity at this power but he did run it down the track a bunch of times without windowing the block.

The tune is only as good as the quality of the kit and vice versa.
