GTM sells a turn key TT kit for around $8000.00 but you have to install it yourself. I already have over $2500 in modifications that I installed the begining of last summer. I put on a Stillen CB, with matching HFCs so I am good on the exhaust piece to flow up to 500 rwhp. There will be some incidental costs involved in the installation but I will most likely roll with the tune that comes with the kit. If you have a bone stock car and want it professionally done then YES; it will cost upwards of 13K to 14K.
