I couldnt find any hard numbers on BPs numbers and if that is exactly what they mean with the precision turbo but I did find this for the garretts. Garrett Turbo GT Series Model Designations | Garrett By Honeywell So if im correct the turbine wheel is almost half the size of BPs and the compressor is 80% of it.
