I am also awaiting a refund and Sam told me the best way to get my money back was to file a claim with my bank to issue a chargeback.

Claim in under investigation at this point.

This is complete ********.

Unacceptable business practice, expecially for a forum sponsor.

This whole experience has ruined my passion for the Z!

After this is all set and done, I will be trading in the nismo.

Everyone look forward to a whole bunch of brand new performance parts that could of been, should of been installed along with a twin turbo kit that does not exist.

From the sound of that, it sounds like he is broke and doesn't have the money to give you... Why else would he not give a refund? Man that sucks, really hope you get it worked out and get your money back!

Tell Sam you'll take any new parts of value that he has in stock. At least get something you can turn around and sell.
