GTM lacks on customer service. I used to deal with Mike as you quoted above and talk to Sam ONLY when I need some hardcore calculation.

Please don't take it personally. Every Inch of my car got GTM products on it. from front bumper all the way till exhaust tips.. But that doesn't mean GTM are the best
