I agree about the tune, but I don't think anyone can really tune a car from across the country.I love the kit now that it has a good tune on it! I just don't understand why people here feel the need to be negative on someones post about their car. Maybe my comments about the tune came off negative but I was trying to help the OP resolve his issues with his car. What help is "Stillen sucks" when he already has the kit on his car?

As much as that kit heatsoaks, you might want to look into meth as well.

Take a look at ANMVQ (I think)'s stillen build. He had done just about everything you could do on that kit and got some decent numbers.

i remember he had custom pulleys and everything, plus this build made more power than ANMVQ's build Motion Lab Tuned Nismo 484whp/400wtq @ 12.5psi w/ Vortech impeller on the Stillen S/C besides the point, i dont think the 9lb pulley stillen makes will cause any problems with the kit, and if it does cause heating issues, the bigger heat exchanger should fix that

For the three days I drove it at the WHP the car was SILLY, ![]() I also went with a larger heat exchanger from Frozen Boost.com.( The Sitllen one is rediclous ! bolts the radiator?) May I ask as to the specifics of the impeller upgrade ??? My kit has the Vortech V3 and so far I haven't been able to nail down the right impeller. Contacted 928motorsports and also Vortech ... Need to know the directional airflow CW or CCW ... Still waiting to hear from Vortech... The car is just about to go into the shop... Thanks, Bob |
