So, I've got my HFCs and CBE installed... and even though I swore off any further modding (outside of drop in filters and post-MAF tubes), now I'm seriously considering forced induction.
I checked this thread, but I couldn't find a definitive answer. Maybe I just wasn't using the right criteria, but here's the question: I know Fast Intentions sells a separate, 3" diameter exhaust and a lower cell count HFC for forced induction applications. Given that I have the Berk HFCs and the TDX (2.5" diameter) exhaust, would it be necessary to redo my exhaust system from the headers back if I went this route? As an added question... any wisdom on SC vs. TT? I'm not after monstrous power; a moderate increase and preserved reliability are more my speed. TIA |
