No idea if this is what Sam referred too but in his pre-release thread, he mentioned that the steering coupler is untouched. Not sure if he means the same thing as the steering knuckle.

I'm not positive but what I think he may be applying is that it will not be modified or changed any form or fashion like his other kits And not the removal of the stock manifold in which it is in the way. It's just a lot easier when removed.
