We're happy if we sell 10 or 100. Our goal was to bring another new product to this platform that can offer great value and performance. Based on the correspondence we've had with everyone on the list and the information we've been providing, everyone on the list is serious about purchasing the kit. This is the best time to buy for sure since you won't find another turbo kit at this price point with the weight of our experience and knowledge of this platform.

The fuel system that comes with the Turn-Key MHI kit will be able to support that power level no problem. We have made 600whp on a set of 600cc/min injectors and a 255lph Walbro pump. The injectors were maxed out but we made it. This kit will come with EV14 720cc/min injectors so making the 550whp will not be an issue.

Can't deny that

It's a shame my stage II only came with 600cc injectors and my kit was a lot more money... Plus I also was supposed to get TIAL wastegates but got turbosmart instead also had to pay extra for your 3' test pipes.. I wish someone would have told me what was coming so I could have saved some a lot of money....

Harry, there is nothing shameful about the kit you have. It is a fantastic kit that has been performing extremely well on cars for over 60k+ miles with no issues. The Garrett dual ball bearing turbos in your car are some of the best in the industry without a doubt. The kit you have is a proven performer with a great track record.

When we developed the Garrett based kit, we developed it with 600cc/min injectors and we have made 611whp with them, which is more than enough for the stock engine. The tune that Sam built for those kits is based around those injectors and there is well over 1,000 hours invested in the tunes that Sam has for the kit with those injectors. When all is said and done, he'll have as much invested in tuning the new injectors with the new kit as well.

As for the wastegates, I recall that you opted to stick with the internal wastegates, so I'm thinking that you are referring to the blow off valves. TiAl products are made to order and it has been a challenge for us to keep them on the shelf due to the sometimes long lead time. Turbosmart, on the other hand, is right down the street from us and has product on the shelf ready to go. Also, Turbosmart makes a fantastically high quality product and their blow off valve is actually bigger and flows more than the TiAl Q. Furthermore, we have never had any issues with the Turbosmart products. That all said, if you would prefer to have a TiAl blow off valve instead, shoot me an e-mail and we can swap that out for you. We just got our TiAl shipment in this morning so let me know.

As for the 3" downpipes, the new MHI Turn-Key kit doesn't come with them either and when Sam finishes up the pricing for a Turn-Key Kit with external wastegates and our 3" downpipes, you can be sure that will be more expensive than the Turn-Key kit with internal wastegates. It's not like you got charged for something that other people aren't paying for.

I'll let you in on a little secret: we never stop developing new product. Just like Apple keeps developing new iPhones and Samsung keeps developing new Galaxies, we keep coming up with new and better ideas to stay on top of our game and be the best in our market. If you keep holding off on getting our product to see what we're going to do next, then you'll miss out on all the fun you could have had instead of waiting with bated breath. For example, right now, you've got a turbo kit on your car and it hauls ***. Sure, you could wait until the next thing, but there's always going to be something new with us.

So let me get this straight or I'm I reading this wrong. There is going to be two turn-key sets? If so where is the pricing for the other.

Dzel 04-16-2013 08:57 PM

He said it's still in development
