3 emails, private messages and zero response for 2 weeks...maybe indeed Mike&Sam are cool guys but unfortunately their client service is very poor.

Like you guys I'm waiting more or less patiently but now I'm pretty sure that they simply do not want my money or they don't really care about it...and all I wanted to know was which supportive mods should I add to the kit.

When company don't care about new bussines they probably won't care about customers after purchase. I'm a little bit dissapointed at the moment and not talking about delay. It seems the best way to be boosted is to go to them directly - unfortunately I can't and have to choose remote purchase.

Kind of glad they never got back to me with the invoice

Mike just called they said my "check" has been processed and can expect reimbursement any day now.

So I guess I won't be getting my Xbox one tonight...

In that case they did you a favor cuz the one is gonna suck lol

Why don't people just simply CALL gtm?

I rang them up a few weeks ago asking about simple stuff like which BOV and to make sure I had all my kit order correct, and Sam picked up in like, 10 seconds after ringing. I mean, I understand that email response should also be expected and I agree with them being slow with them, but it's been shown that calls get right to the point and get things done.

Bugger! I was convinced that 3 new pages in the thread this morning would mean that there was something worth reading......I should have known better.

Dzel 11-21-2013 05:54 PM

Nope just more complaining.

It's Official

Email sent for refund. I know I have back peddled but this is it. And still, that doesn't make me happy. Never have I endured a purchase in my life that resulted like this. Who's fault? MINE. I have just about lost all love for the history of the Z and the hobby as itself cause of this. I'm sure I'll get it back starting tomorrow.

I will be going to put my motor back in and stay NA as I should of for a track car. At least by pulling the motor I got to do some things I normally wouldn't of that reduced weight. Sad thing due to me buying a tuner kit I had invested in fuel injectors, spark plugs, boost controller, two widebands, sold my headers, and TP's (so will have to replace those both). Talk about a lesson learned.

Man I'm sorry Spohn I know how much money and time you had in this.
