APS 3.5 Downpipe Fitment on GTM?

Correct me if Iam wrong but isnt both kits designed to work with the factory exhaust? Now I know the 350z is not a 370z but Iam wondering if might

Now I know the 350z is not a 370z but Iam wondering if might work.. Hey is there a way to plug those open dump ports??
