I am not hear to defend Sam. But don't chime in if you unaware of Sam and I business relationship. Like I stated, I was the 1st owner of the GTM twin SC kit and paid for my product and received it.

I don't know what CC's you've owned but I surely know that I've been able to submit claim's for an item that I haven't received if I have the Bill of sale for proof and countless emails and text to prove to my Lender what the business protocol involved including time frame!

This is a made to order kit lead time to have a kit ready to ship 8-12 weeks , once the order placed and the order is started there will be no cancellation the only cancellation that can occur for the order is if we don't ship the order after 12 weeks .
