totally not saying this to Tommy directly, but I wonder how many times FI has to put together all this information, spend an hour answering questions, only to never hear from the "buyer" again. My god it must get frustrating.

Funny thing though, first time I talked to Kevin, you would have thought it was the first time he got to talk about. Was excited, answered all my qs and even gave insight on what he thinks I should upgrade to get to the goals I'm looking for. FI is a freakin unicorn to the customer service world today.

none taken. but you have to think about how much is the FI system. and how much commitment you putting down to get your Z FI. with all the additional maintenance and upkeep. more or less its like buying a new car..
