Starting Steps

OK so the heat exchanger will be at the dealer tomorrow, An I just picke upi the UPREV MAF's will need to retune the car for the MAF's? Not really

OK so the heat exchanger will be at the dealer tomorrow, An I just picke upi the UPREV MAF's will need to retune the car for the MAF's? Not really sure becasue they will just read more air correct? No really adding a mod am I?

The resolution is different from OEM so you will need to retune for the new mafs

The mafs themselves won't give you any more power, but they will allow the tuner to fine tune it more, plus you won't be able to max out the mafs so if there's more power to be had in your setup they will let it out. The higher resolution scales it better, imagine instead of 50 squares you now have 150, but covering the same rpm band. Makes for a lot smoother tune

Hey Perfect man, Thanx for the explaination, I new I may need these are the stock MAF's are supposed to run out at 400WHP( Over that), But if I do the pulley change I will definitly need them,

Would this be a good idea? Or can the Stillen stocker handle the extra 2 PSI?

I don't think you need to fix a problem that people aren't having. I believe both the Stillen and GTM kits have a BOV already. I believe the GTM blower does not spin at full speed in low load high rpm situations because it uses a fluid type clutch, or so called "traction drive" which only fully engages under high load. I'm not sure if the Vortech units used by Stillen have similar technology. See here for more info on Rotrex design.

The Stillen uses a plastic by-pass valve that is known to not handle boost well over 9-10 PSI.

Ok so just ordered the last part yesterday,

So the run down is below hope to get close to 480-500 WHP. Wanna Thank Seymore and MR.Squezze for the help along the way,

34 Tooth Count Jackshaft Pulley
30 Tooth/35mm Supercharger Pulley
idler assembly from a 03-05 350z bracket
Gats belt Part number 560 8M GT20
Bosh EV14 Injectors 850CC
Frozen Boost Air To water Heat Exchanger 24"X7"X3.5
NGK Plugs( GTR) DILKAR8A8 X 6.
UPREV MAF's.
