OK so uploading the vids, The more I drove it it seems like fuel cut, There is alot of breaking up at 1800-clears at 2300 or so and will start

OK so uploading the vids, The more I drove it it seems like fuel cut, There is alot of breaking up at 1800-clears at 2300 or so and will start again at 3k? But if I get on throttle even a little it will ramp up an fall on its face, Lurch forward( Like fuel cut) also was a very LONG crank time to start up. 5-6 seconds, An was stumbling a lot till it go warm..
I also got a vid of the car at 4k and boost was neg 22
