Now I understand CARB certification is a PITA and the car does not have enough miles but being a business man and nowing the potential ROI of getting the CERT I would be paying someone to just drive the piss out of the car until it had the miles neccessary to get the Cert. As good as GTM is at engineering and product development sometimes they are missing the big picture. This is one of those cases. Saying that not enough miles on a car and having to pay $5K for the testing is preventing you from adding 1/8th to your potential market is crazy.
