Hats off to you, Sasha! I went for a "spirited" drive with a local GTM Twin SC and your kit held it's own. This thing is a beast and I'm still running the base tune.

Good stuff, and thank you.

The base tune is going to be at about 450whp. With a custom tune you are looking at well past the 500whp mark. At that point, the s/c doesn't stand a chance :).

realm reborn?

Boosted Performance 02-04-2014 12:07 PM

You guys have seen what I bring to the table with this kit, which has proven itself, along with over 80 kits on the 350z.

My reputation speaks for itself.

Absolutely...I bought one.

On that note, any timeline for when the drop ship items are going to start showing and will we get tracking numbers?

Get ready for automotive blueballs like you won't believe. The wait between "ordering turbo kit" and "driving turbo car" is so annoying, no matter how short the wait actually is. It's like waiting for Xmas morning when you were a kid. :rofl2:

Will keep you posted. The turbos, BOV's, wastegates and a few other things should be shipping early next week.

I just got a batch of fuel injectors, and the suplier sent the wrong clips. I am working to get that sorted out right now. I have packed some stuff on my end already as well...so things should start moving soon.

Thanks Sasha. I'm obviously not in a huge hurry but am pretty excited to have that Xmas morning feeling by holding this massive turbo in my hands.

No problem...injector issue sorted out, and new adapters are on the way. I have some good supliers :), and understanding customers...which is just as important.

I don't have time to read every single page to find out. dont seem annoyed with me you didn't have to answer.

Who's annoyed? You asked a question that's been answered over and over. You got your answer. It's on the first page.

I'm more of a fan of:

We drive on the right side of the road
Real men drive manuals

:iagree: real men drive manuals but here in North America we are the minority, as the majority of the world drives on the opposite side :ugh2:

EDIT: as stated on last page. NO, the BP kit does NOT work with RHD or AUTOMATIC Tranny!

Boosted Performance 02-04-2014 10:35 PM

I made sure that the RHD and auto guys see that this kit is not compatible with either. It is on the very top of page 1 of this magnificent thread :)

mattimus 02-17-2014 06:33 PM

this kit is awesome. In like a year maybe I can buy one. lol

Just let me know when you are ready.

412Z 03-18-2014 08:07 PM

I have been dreaming about this kit for the past 3 months now, however I am determined to pay the Z off before I spend that amount of money on it.The hard part is that I miss boost soooo much. Your work looks ridiculous. I could only wish for your fabricating skills. I also love how simple and non-intrusive you have made the kit. When I got my Z last year I was browsing kits and stumbled on a couple TT kits. The thought of dropping the motor for easier install did not sit well with me at all. I'm a Chrysler master tech, I have no problem going through the work at all, I simply don't want to haha. The thought of bolting up your kit in a day or two makes me giggle inside like a little kid.

Just out of curiosity, are you at the point where you have these kits ready and in stock? Just in case I get a wild hair up my arse and decide to swipe this 15k credit card with 0% for a year I just got :yum:

Thank you for the compliments...I tired very hard to make this kit as you have described it. Many people like yourself see the benefit.

I appears that if I had 10 kits ready to go right now, they would all sell. However, to keep the quality and customer service high, I only do 6 kits at a time. It seems like I get a inquiry every day with future customers asking how long before the next round of kits is ready to ship out....and a few months ago I had 6 sitting on the shelf for a few months....go figure.

I will be keeping the community up to date on kit availability, but as of right now, I do not have any available.

YzGyz 04-01-2014 11:05 AM

At current, are there any High Flow Cats that bolt up directly to Shasha's turbo kit and wont melt from the heat?

m3chhawk 04-01-2014 11:13 AM

There is a pretty lengthy discussion on this in his "Round 2" post. He is working on a post-turbo, bolt in setup that can be swapped in about 5 minutes so you can pass inspection.

YzGyz 04-01-2014 11:18 AM

I read some of that. I was looking for something permanent not a quick swap back and forth.

Thanks

m3chhawk 04-01-2014 11:21 AM

If he uses the mil.spec cat and places it far enough post-turbo, it should hold up just fine

jwick 04-01-2014 11:23 AM

Fast Intentions use the mil spec in their cat back and it seems to hold up just fine with boosted cars

Why? It'll pass inspection catless in TX. The only reason to worry about a cat here is the smell.

And even if it's a quick swap you can leave it in permanantly.

YzGyz 04-01-2014 03:54 PM

It's the smell thing. the other thing is respect towards others. Just because I'm in the car and can't smell it don't mean the car behind me can't. I know it bothers me when a desiel punches it in front of me. What if we are in traffic (you know houston) and we have a baby on board behind me.

J ust saying

Infamous 04-01-2014 05:07 PM

Then they should roll up their windows. Jk my gf hates the smell, but I think she's getting desensitized to it.

Don't forget to edit your post to include

No RHD
No A/T

TopgunZ 04-01-2014 06:50 PM

Then go E85 if you can. It doesn't really smell much and if anything maybe a bit like burnt rum....Mmmmm...yummy. Plus it's safer to breath.

elperuano 04-01-2014 07:39 PM

E85 smells sweet. It's very distinctive. I love it all

I'm trying to stick to gas. If I schedule myself so that I work 5 days back to back, I can have 6-8 days off in a row. I do spontaneous traveling here and there due to the fact that I only have to work 3 days and week. This It's just safer to be able to drive anywhere and be able to buy gas. Even if I have to buy 91 vs 93.
