i have 9lb pulley(but seeing 10.5 lb up top) and i am adding water/meth even as we speak but i am also making more the 430whp just want to know

i have 9lb pulley(but seeing 10.5 lb up top) and i am adding water/meth even as we speak but i am also making more the 430whp
just want to know if i go for the 928 impeller and a 10-11lb pulley will i max out the stock maf i am even going over some ideas with my tuner to convert the stillen kit to a blow-throught and move the maf closer to the tb you get a much better reading from the maf sensors that way
