FI and Map Sensor Fault

While trying to diagnose my idle surge issue I disconnected the MAP sensor. Engine started to idle close to 1200 RPM. It stayed there even after plugging the cable. After restarting the engine idle dropped to normal, but still hunting a bit. When it's hunting like this it's a pain to do the idle relearn as it struggles and nearly chokes from 500-1000 RPM.

I'm still hunting for leaks. Some days it idles nicely, and other days it surges after startup. Most of the time after warming up it starts to surge more and freaks out after heavy boost (hang at 1k RPM).
