Not wasting. Just doesn't seem like you have clue to what your getting into. You already have purchased a TT kit and your asking if you need a fuel pump. Just seems you need to learn some more things about these setups and what your in for. It's called constructive criticism. I know alot of people can't take that these days.

So on a side note, it would cost you 5K plus for a shortblock and labor. That's a rough estimate
