Drove the car for about 2 hours today. For the first 45 minutes, it was perfect. Then, same thing happened again. The clutch pedal started coming up only half way.

Drove the car for about 2 hours today. For the first 45 minutes, it was perfect. Then, same thing happened again. The clutch pedal started coming up only half way. After driving it for another 20-25 minutes the clutch went back to normal. Any idea what can be causing this issue? It's also very difficult(impossible) to put the car in reverse when it's cold. I have to give it a decent push into third, then the other gears loosen up a little.
