The 1.5 and the 2 way lock the same under acceleration, the difference between the two is under deceleration. The 2-way will lock up under deceleration where as the 1.5 way only has partial lock under deceleration.

1.5 is the way to go in my opinion. Obviously there are some gentlemen that will have a different opinion, and that is fine  .
My car is set up for mostly a weekend street warrior and mild drift use.  That's why I prefer the 1.5 way. I get the best of both worlds.
