I'm sure after this Thread people will not be having any problems with GTM shipping whatsoever. Not sure how often this situation has happened, but for me. Once is one too many. I can't get full off empty words i need action. I'm not saying in the past GTM hasn't given excellent products or customer service.
However this time that was not the case. And someone has to speak up so it doesn't happen to anyone again. I know sam didn't pack the boxes, but who ever did needs to get ripped a new one. If I never said anything maybe Sam wouldn't even know this kind of thing is happening. I assure you he knows now.
Now customer service Just because you can't see someone or they're an ocean away doesn't mean you brush them off. Word can only do so much. It's actions that people remember. If your words and actions don't match up. Then you're going to have a problem.
