I always laugh at how people handle ****.

They bitch if the parts from the build aren't mass produced, and when someone is chill enough to let that extra time be taken on their build, they harass them....

mad props to Bullitt and GTM for enduring this "roasting". Can't wait for the end result and benefits to the Z community at large! Heck! I'd be happy with a VVEL tune!

Mike and Sam have continued to be the pioneers for R&D and aftermarket parts for the Z. I'm sure the haters would rather we get crappy parts that don't optimize performance. Frankly, Mike and Sam don't want this build to be a one off, they want to pave the way for any person brave and rich enough to want to follow.

Most of the haters won't be able to use any of the new parts. As they don't drive 370's at all, makes me wounder why they would give a sh!t how long it takes.

AFAIK, custom fuel rails to support the lower manifold adapter for the VR38 intake plenum, but I guess it will also support the larger injectors for Mike's build. Unless these fuel rails are a one size fits all solution, my car won't be needing it for the Stage II @ 6.5 PSI and VR38 intake plenum.

Since I'm in a bit of a crunch and cannot afford technical challenges beyond the TT setup, I'm going to hold off the VR38 plenum project for awhile. I was really hoping for something similar to Mike's setup with BOVs located in the engine bay.

Technically speaking (i.e. aesthetics notwithstanding), you don't want the BOVs in the engine bay. You want them before the intercooler. There is no point in heat soaking the intercooler with air that you are going to then vent after the intercooler, but before the combustion chamber i.e. air that is never going to be combusted. It may not matter much in the end, but if you want the highest system efficiency, then you don't want to cool air you don't have to.

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I wondered about the location of the BOVs in the HR versus VHR kits leading to Mike's setup.

BOVs on a GTM kit are already on the cold side of the IC. It's just a matter of moving them closer towards the TBs. They did it on this one:

Check these pics and follow the pipes.
