Superchargers for the 370Z?

I'm guessing 450hp.

Sorry for the noob question but what is the advantage of supercharging over turbocharging?

Instant power vs. waiting for the turbo to spool. Also (arguably) reliability, ease of install, maintenance. Turbos are great but for my specific goals of about 350-400 whp a supercharger will be just the ticket.
