The MAF sensor is before the supercharger, so it will read a certain temperature, once the air hits the supercharger and pushes out through the outlet pipe to the throttle-bodies, the temperature is changed. Also, Stillen states the MAF sensors are suppose to be calibrated through the UpRev canned tune... who knows.
