wifedrivenz, I don't mean to rag on you and I appreciate you posting the sheets but honestly man I think you need to go bust some balls at Stillen. I might be wrong but it looks like you have posted the lowest S/C hp/tq numbers of either kit. Something is clearly wrong. Either you have a very conservative tune, leak, or one of the bag Stillen tunes. 368whp and less than 300tq on a supercharged Z is ridiculous, 350z's made way more then that and that's with less displacement. Don't settle man you're getting robbed. RCZ has the Stillen kit and his numbers are way more than yours, I know a mustang dyno reads low but get it checked out.

Stillen was called today with the purpose of getting a refund for my kit and i was told to wait till next week. They supposedly have figured out a tune that they will release next week. Their test car is responding well to the new tune and i was told i wont be disapointed with the new tune. Whats one more week of waiting?

Let's hope they get it all sorted out, I have a car here at the shop waiting on it's tune (customer wants warranty).

^^ I definitely think waiting another week or two is no sweat off your back at this point. I really do hope things work out for everyone, Stillen included. As i would hate to see any more products stop being created/supported for our car. Good luck tom!

Awesome news, but you have cause to be frustrated in the first place. Definately let us know how she feels when you get her back!

Not to say I told you so...but.

My STI was down because it was a completely custom rotated big turbo setup. It was all experimental, however, the point of my comment was that my patience was eventually rewarded.

With regards to the dyno's. I made 310whp on the mustang when it was cold outside. I made 295 on the same dyno when the weather warmed up. This was on full bolton's + tune. Now with the weather significantly hotter than either of those pulls, my SC made 380ish on that dyno. I have NO doubt I can do a 400whp run in cooler weather and a less heatsoaked car.

In other words, I wanted to chime in about the gains over full boltons and tune. I think that in comparable conditions, my car has gained about 80-100whp on a mustang dyno. Thats 100whp over bolt-on's power and 140-160whp over stock. (I baselined 240whp).

How does that translate into the more common dynojet? Well I never did a baseline on a dynojet... but the accepted average baseline number is ~275whp for a stock 370z. I dynoed in at 455whp on my SC'd dyno pull that I did a few weeks ago. DO the Math thats 180whp over stock assuming a 275whp baseline.

Now, make what you will of those results. I tend to trust Mustang Dynos much more than I trust dynojets. Either way, I will GLADLY take either one of those gains. It's not all that surprising that my tune yields what it does. Its a custom tune + headers + HFC + exhaust. I have a light flywheel and lightened pulley. Oh and 93 Octane gas vs. that crap they have out in california. Everything adds up.

they better have the tune right after saying that. If its not right they have lost some customers for sure.

I look at my Dyon sheet compared to RCZ and I am only 13HP away from his numbers and I don't have all the things done to my car that he does. Also I am running very rich so that is tq and hp lost. I think once stillen gets the tune right I will be very happy. But as things are right now I still have more tq than stillen put out in the original Dyno. Oh also most people who got their SC installed don't have a Dyno sheet to post so when you say the lowest does that mean out of me and RCZ because I will always bow down to RCZ. He has Miami drug king pin kind of money!

here is my sad and sorry original dyno sheets

over all the car feels much better than stock.
Also I had to drive it threw some real bad rain. there was a turn where i had water all the way over my hood.
Drove it threw a pressure car wash also just FYI
I have not gotten my new dyno sheets from uprev where the car put down 410 and 300 something for the torque

Here are my Dyno Posts just Sh*t and Giggles for more comparison. The car was at it 14+ dyno pulls so heat soak or saturation was no joke and ambient was 98+ so low air mass density. I bet when we dyno in 90 or less the first couple of pulls will make good numbers. The car really pulls hard now that the air was 85 degrees. I am really happy with Failsafes tune and the car really goes good.

Yeah, the car was heat soaked really bad by that point, and the dyno shops fan system leaves much to be desired
