The VW boyz used to buy these and cut the louvers out to mount on their unvented liners.... Cost is about $54/side:  P/N's 8N0 821 171 B and 8N0 821 172 B here: http://www.koperformance.com/online_...8N0821171B-211  These are flexible enough that they could be pop-riveted into the Z's liners and look pretty factory as the liner plastics are similar.. Another thought would be some louvered Boat vents like these: http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SiteSearch One example...Powdercoat em black! Pages to choose from:
