DIY GTM Twin Turbo Stage 2 Install!!

Just curious about the oil and water lines feeding the turbo. With it already installed, is it possible to check and retorque the lines? The gasket for the oil outlet

With it already installed, is it possible to check and retorque the lines? The gasket for the oil outlet was replaced a few months ago thinking it would fix the leak, but it seems like it might be coming elsewhere. __________________
